Minced Beef Wellington



The only thing on this one I didn't use the Rosemary, we are not to keen on the flavor. I added a tsp curry powder instead when I was cooking the veg.


Baked Camembert



Again I didn't use the Rosemary but I did everythig else the same. This is great over pasta. Or we just had it with some good french bread and a salad one night

We often do the baked Camembert, but instead of the pasta, we cook baby potatoes and have a bowl of those and the Camembert (still in its box), and dunk the potatoes in the cheese like a mad fondue party. Saves on the washing up too *hg*

That sounds really good.. I have just planted some first early seed potato's in pot's in the greenhouse. I will give it a try when I harvest the lovely new potato's in the spring.
