Pimping for Moonridge
I once again have a quilt for auction. This time no photo's but you do get to choose which you would like Blue or Coral.

GMB#11-MSC: From Janet (jxkee@gofast.co.uk): is offering a handmade quilt to the highest bidder. The winner will be able to choose between two different quilts (one in shades of blue, the other in coral and cream). The size is perfect for a lap quilt or a twin bed. Shipping will be discussed with the winner. Photo to right.

I know I have three authors writing an answer to Polly's wonderful story. I had a word with Aly, it's not right that the sequels would only be seen by me. I don't have a web site. She has generously said they will have there own page at the Moonridge auction web site.Keeping them all together, for all to see after the 30day's, as long as all the authors agree to have them posted.

GMC#6:From Janet and PollyB, (jxkee@gofast.co.uk & pollyabywater@yahoo.com) Janet will donate $10 for every author (NO LIMIT) who commits to writing a SEQUEL to Polly's story, Five in a Stink, that is at least five pages in length. In addition, every person who donates $25 to Moonridge Zoo will be given electronic copies of all the sequels. This special and unique collection will not be available anywhere except through this auction offer. http://community.livejournal.com/sentinel_thurs/572334.html#cutid1

Janet, then Aly maybe needs to change the write up of the item. We were asking $25 to see all the stories (which is a lot -- most stories go for ten or fifteen) BECAUSE these stories WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ANYWHERE EXCEPT THROUGH THIS AUCTION OFFER ( last line of the blurb). So. now that's not true and people will be able to see them all in one place thirty days after the auction ends.

I think it would be a good idea to hype this item again in a day or two, to name the authors who have volunteered to write a sequel ... to call on other authors and to encourage readers to donate to see how the different authors 'finish' Polly's story.
