I am passing this on from snycock It's a great series...
So, if you didn't already know, the BBC miniseries Sherlock debuts on US TV on Sunday, October 24th, on PBS Masterpiece Mystery. I think it's at 9 pm in most markets, but might be 8 pm in the Central (and maybe Mountain?) time zones. It runs for three Sundays - the 24th, the 31st, and November 7th.
Not only should YOU watch/DVR/tape it, but I'm encouraging you to pimp it to as many of your US friends as possible. Because it's brilliant, yes, but also because... it's on PBS!
Wouldn't it be AWESOME if PBS - public television, without the scourge of ads OR reality TV - won the Sunday 8/9 pm time slot for those three weeks? Simply because of word of mouth?
Let's make it happen - spread the word!
